Case 2: 5D Project Management
We are in close collaboration with our associate company Bexel Consulting Ltd in our delivery of 5D project management services where design is executed basing on models of different formats. Through the use of common platform from Bexel Manager to Bexel Cost Manager, we could not only pull in models of different format (including schedules generated in MS Project or P6) into a single common platform for analysis but also able to generate and capture project data for further in-depth reporting and data lake establishment for Client. Reporting include what-if analysis for different contract packaging, scheduling and costing of materials scenarios and their effects on cashflow.
